2015 PICC winner CARLOS BARBERO of Spain, with Team Caja Rural is seen at the official kick-off for the 2016 Philadelphia International Cycling Classic bike race weekend as Mayor Jim Kenney, joined by members of the Irish National Pro-cycling team, race and city officials held a June 3rd, 2016 press conference at CityHall, Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Pro-cyclist will compete at a 73.8miles/118.7km course for the UCI Women's World Tour and 110.7miles/178.2km for the UCI 1.1 Men's America Tour during the Philadelphia Cycling Classic on Sunday June 5th, 2016.
